Following a decade in mechanical engineering (Ericsson, Sweden), I held high-impact technical leadership roles:

- Head of Engineering: Food & Pharma decontamination (Pulsed Light and UV-C Light) machinery (Claranor, France).

Discovery Session
We schedule a focused video call to define the exact scope.
We discuss root cause, technical constraints, desired timeline.
Note: This is not a sales call, it is a technical alignment meeting.
Logistics & Travel
Remote, On-site When Critical (Transportation and accommodation are re-billed at cost).
I am also available for travels for design reviews, FAT/SAT support, audits and, troubleshooting anywhere in Europe.
I use secure collaborative tools for CAD-viewing, Online meetings, Cloud Data.
Administration
Base: Copenhagen, Denmark (CVR registered).
Invoicing: Electronic invoicing (Email / EAN) compliant with EU VAT regulations.
We accommodate corporate procurement and Purchase Order workflows (EUR or DKK).
Proposal
I submit a formal proposal outlining the Deliverables, Timeline, and Commercial Model.
You receive a clear roadmap of what will be done and when.
Commercial Models
I offer two modes of engagement depending on project clarity and risk.
# Option A: Fixed Scope (Project Package).
Best for defined deliverables, audits, simulation reports, and drafting specifications
- How it works: We agree on a strict list of deliverables and a deadline.
- Cost: A fixed, all-inclusive fee. Total budget certainty, you know exactly what you are getting, with no surprises.
# Option B: Agile Engineering (Time & Deliverables).
Best for R&D, troubleshooting, complex design iterations and long-term projects.
- How it works: Defined milestones. We estimate hours for the first phase, execute, review, and then define the next phase.
- Cost: Hourly/Daily rate, billed per milestone. We can pivot the strategy immediately as new data/test results emerge.
